Cancelation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to be flexible while maintaining the integrity of our operations. Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or failure to attend the appointment without prior notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment booked. This fee is intended to compensate our service providers for their time and to help cover the costs associated with the reserved time slot.
